Meet the Spartans is a parody film set for release on January 25, 2008. It was written, directed, and co-produced by Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer and is a followup to their 2007 release, Epic Movie. The MPAA rated it PG-13 for crude and sexual content throughout, language, and some comic violence. Although it references many movies, TV shows, people and pop cultural events, it focuses mainly on the movie 300.
